Question for the group?

Is there any recourse agaist ESA when they miss something?

The reason I ask is because I recently inspected a home that had ESA in the day before (general inspection) and passed the house. The selling Realtor meet us at the house to tell us that ESA found nothing wrong so I shouldn't find anything and even if I did it must not be a big deal because ESA passed it.

I have added some pictures here of various electrical issues that Home Inspectors find, everything from double tapped breakers and poor wiring practices. The ESA and the Ministry of Government and Consumer Sevices wants to take away our ability to inspect the breaker panel. How does this help the consumer? We find many dangerous electrical situations that help our clients to make an informed decision....do you want to lose that right? ...
